If you’ve purchased the Ji Guarantee, you’re entitled to an additional three replacement panels, giving you extra peace of mind as you complete your wrap.
How to Request a Replacement
If you need to request replacement panels, simply follow these steps:

- Identify which panels need to be replaced.

Await Confirmation:
- Our support team will process your request and respond to you within one business day.
Ji Guarantee
If you opted for the Ji Guarantee, you’re eligible for up to six replacement panels in total. This additional coverage is designed to give you more flexibility and confidence as you work on your Cybertruck.
